Jawatan Kosong Relationship Manager, Business Banking in Johor Bahru
Job Summary As a Standard Chartered Relationship Manager Business Banking , you'll be responsible to execute and deliver towards the growth of Business Banking business in Johor Bahru. You'll provide exceptional customer service with the provision of financial solutions while managing operational risk and regulatory requirements.

Wealth and Retail Banking (WRB) serves more than 11 million clients in many of the world’s fastest-growing markets. Our client continuum spans from Mass Retail to Affluent, including high-net worth clients served by our Private Bank. We leverage digital banking channels with a human touch to provide clients with differentiated products and services such as deposits, payments, financing, wealth management and personalised advice. We also support small business clients with their business banking needs.
Key Responsibilities
  • Effectively generating new cash and FX business by identifying prospects and acquiring new clients.
  • Structure appropriate solutions including (but not limited to) cash management, cross-border solutions, treasury products, trade services and investments.
  • Cross-sell of other banking products including (but not limited to) employee banking, priority banking, guaranteed instalment loans.
  • Engagement with ecosystem partners for collaboration and partnerships to develop new streams of business referrals.
  • Build and expand existing client relationships through pro-active contact, account planning, wallet sizing and pipeline management.
  • Identify and prioritize activities to maximize revenue contribution from allocated client portfolio.
  • Partner with Client Service Manager in ensuring all CDD and related policies and procedures are followed and Completion of Sanctions questionnaires, Risk and Responsibility Committee submissions and similar, liaising with the client as necessary

Skills and Experience
  • University Graduate
  • 3 plus years of relevant experience in serving business /commercial clients.
  • Experience servicing local as well as international businesses.
  • Sound product knowledge on cash management and FX.
  • Knowledge of operational procedures, documentation requirements, banking practices and regulations.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
  • Courageous, creative, responsive, and trustworthy.
  • Thrives in an international environment.
  • Enjoys being in a team, engaging with co-workers.
