Jawatan Kosong Shipping Executive 1 yr Contract renewable_Shah Alam Ref ID: 12726 in Shah Alam

Job Description:

• Accountable for all export and import custom documentation, transportation and freight for export and import shipment.
• Work closely with internal parties, customers, freight forwarder to ensure smooth shipment progress and on time delivery.
• Resolve problems concerning transportation, logistic systems, import & export procedures.
• Monitoring of import or export processes to ensure compliance with regulatory or legal requirements.
• Knowledge of LMW process, regulation, and related custom report.
• Knowledge of Letter of Credit (LC) shipment & documentation for submission to bank.

Requirement :

• Education Background: Degree in logistics, supply chain management, or similar preferred.
• Years of experience: 4 years of shipping working experience in manufacturing industry
• Willing to travel domestically and internationally.
• Experience in using ERP system and preparing shipments documents.
• Depending on candidate performance, they can be convert to a permanent staff.

Company Industry: Sales Office

Working Location: Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam

Working hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 6:00pm
