JOB DESCRIPTION

• Menjaga stok barangan di butik KHATAM
• Menyusun, menyimpan dan mengeluarkan stok dari stor butik mengikut kategori dan saiz.
• Memastikan stok di lantai jualan sentiasa mencukupi dan diganti apabila berkurangan.
• Membantu menerima stok baharu, memeriksa kuantiti dan kualiti sebelum disimpan.
• Melabel, menandakan harga dan menyusun barang di stor serta di ruang jualan.
• Membantu dalam aktiviti kiraan stok harian, mingguan dan bulanan.
• Mengemaskini rekod stok dan laporan inventori dalam sistem atau borang stok.
• Memantau tahap stok dan melaporkan kepada penyelia apabila perlu buat pesanan semula.
• Menjaga kebersihan dan susun atur stor supaya sentiasa kemas, selamat dan mudah dicari.
• Menyokong pasukan jualan dengan penyediaan stok semasa promosi, kempen atau aktiviti butik.
• Mematuhi prosedur penyimpanan, keselamatan dan standard operasi butik.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Minimum qualification: SPM
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Able to work on shift basis, including Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays
• Pleasant, well-groomed, and enjoy interacting with people
• Customer Oriented, team player, and possess initiative
