Role Overview: As an Online Educator, you’ll bring Pasxcel’s mission to life by delivering dynamic, student-centered learning aligned with the Cambridge IGCSE syllabus. You’ll guide students in small online classes, creating personalized experiences that extend beyond traditional academics to foster critical thinking, empathy, and life skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead engaging online classes for small groups (5–7 students) that connect learning with real-world applications.
• Design and implement tailored learning plans based on each student’s unique needs, strengths, and goals.
• Collaborate with students, parents, and the Pasxcel team to ensure holistic growth and academic progress.
• Create new educational content, from lesson videos to progress updates, to support continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience (physical or online secondary school).
• Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a relevant field.

• Comfortable teaching both IGCSE subjects: English as a First (EFL) and Second Language (ESL).
• Adaptable to the fast-paced nature of a startup and eager to take on new challenges.
• Bonus: Experience with IGCSE exam format and a passion for teaching life skills, critical thinking, and other non-academic subjects.
