Jawatan Kosong Manager, Room Division - 5 star Hotel & Resort in Pekan

We are seeking an experienced and service-driven Rooms Division Manager to lead and oversee the front office and housekeeping operations at our luxury resort. The Rooms Division Manager plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional guest experiences, maintaining brand standards, and optimizing departmental performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of Front Office, Housekeeping, Concierge, Bell Services, and Guest Services.
• Ensure exceptional guest service is delivered consistently throughout the guest journey.
• Lead, train, and motivate teams to achieve operational excellence and high guest satisfaction scores.
• Monitor room inventory, guest arrivals/departures, and coordinate with Revenue and Sales teams.
• Oversee housekeeping standards, room inspections, and quality control.
• Manage departmental budgets, labor costs, and cost control measures.
• Implement and uphold resort policies, service standards, and safety regulations.
• Resolve guest concerns or service issues professionally and promptly.
• Support strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Rooms Division or Front Office/Housekeeping management, ideally in a luxury resort or five-star hotel setting.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth knowledge of front office systems (e.g., Opera) and housekeeping standards.
• Proven ability to manage guest expectations and lead a diverse team.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong financial acumen and experience in managing budgets and departmental KPIs.
• Flexible and hands-on approach, with a commitment to excellence.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM9,500.00 per month
