We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our retail team as a Retail Assistant. As a Retail Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. You will assist in various tasks within the retail environment, including customer service, merchandising, and maintaining store cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Assist customers in locating products and providing product information.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and tidying displays.
• Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and rotating merchandise.

Qualifications:

• Ability to lift and carry moderate weights, stand for extended periods, and bend and reach overhead.
