• Conducting research on potential products, vendors, and services, comparing price and quality to ensure the best deal
• Meeting with vendors and clients to negotiate the best contracts.
• Liaising with delivery and warehouse teams to ensure goods are received on time
• Monitoring inventory and writing orders to refill stock
• Writing reports on purchases made and performing cost analyses
• Research, compare and evaluate offers from suppliers and vendors
• Ensure items purchased to meet the required standards and specifications
• Maintaining good supplier relations and negotiating purchases for the best deals
• Track Orders, ensure timely delivery, and review the quality of purchased product
• Managing inventories and maintaining updated records of purchased products,
• Delivery information and invoices
• Maintaining & updating supplier information
• Data Entry of required information into relevant database
• Assisting in asset management
• Chinese Speaking Advantage

JOB REQUIREMENT
* Bachelor's degree / diploma in supply chain, logistic or any other related field
* At least 3 years of experience as a Procurement Executive/Associate or in a similar role.
* Strong knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating, and liaising with vendors).
* Understanding & having the practical experience of supply chain procedures.
* Strong negotiation and networking skills are an advantage.
* Detail-oriented, with strong analytical skills, excellent interpersonal abilities, and leadership qualities & adaptable team player willing to take on various tasks as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
