Working Days & Hours:

• Working Days: Monday to Friday
• Working Hours: From 8am to 5pm

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial warehouse operations, preferably in a power plant or heavy equipment maintenance environment.
• Proven experience in managing spare parts inventory and warehouse staff.
• Familiarity with the operational requirements of diesel genset maintenance and associated consumables and tools.
• Exposure to ISO systems such as QMS, EMS, and OHSAS is highly desirable

Job Scopes:

• Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, preservation, and issuance of materials.
• Establish and maintain a complete and updated material master list as the Material Management System (MMS) and ensure the MMS is updated regularly.
• Ensure consumables, tools, and spare parts are stored in designated locations with proper labelling, binning, and traceability.
• Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels and initiate replenishment actions to prevent stock-out situations.
• Coordinate with the O&M team for timely issuance of parts for scheduled maintenance and emergency requirements.
• Arrange for delivery and collection of spares and equipment to/from vendors for repairs or refurbishment.
• Conduct periodic and ad-hoc physical stock counts, reconcile discrepancies, and submit accurate stock reports.
• Enforce strict compliance with SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality) policies and procedures.
• Ensure safe working of all activities in the Power Station and, maintain a high safety conscious working environment
• Maintain records of warehouse activities
