This is more than an admin job. It’s a leadership role at the heart of our swim school — where you’ll manage daily operations, drive sales and student retention, lead a team, and create a positive experience for parents, swimmers, and staff.

What You'll Do:

• Lead the Branch – Oversee operations, customer service, and on-deck supervision.
• Drive Sales & Growth – Manage lead inquiries, convert prospects into students, and hit enrollment targets.
• Coach & Support Your Team: Schedule staff, monitor attendance, provide feedback, and ensure strong performance.
• Champion Teaching Quality: Monitor student progression, handle parent concerns, and uphold teaching standards.
• Engage Parents & Families: Be the go-to problem solver, ensuring complaints are resolved within 48 hours.
• Keep Safety First: Oversee pool logs, deck safety, and emergency protocols.
• Report & Be Accountable: Submit weekly reports on sales, retention, staff issues, and safety compliance.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Sales-driven mindset with lead management experience
• Confident communicator with parents and staff
• Problem-solver who thrives under pressure
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accountability
• Experience in customer service, team leadership, or operations preferred (training provided for the right person!)
