Job Title: Service Admin – Proton Labuan

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Service Admin to join our Proton Labuan after-sales team. The Service Admin plays a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service, managing repair orders efficiently, and ensuring smooth coordination between customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist them in understanding their service and repair needs.
• Prepare accurate job cards and service quotations using the Proton SAP system.
• Explain service recommendations, repair costs, and timelines clearly to customers.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and quality service completion.
• Update customers on vehicle repair status and obtain approval for any additional work.
• Conduct vehicle delivery and review completed repairs with the customer.
• Handle warranty claims and ensure compliance with Proton service standards.
• Maintain proper records of service appointments, invoices, and customer feedback.
• Strive to achieve customer satisfaction targets and workshop efficiency KPIs.

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Passionate about cars and committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Must posses Driving License
