JOB DESCRIPTION

• Propagate the benefits of stem cells banking to potential customers, hospitals and ObGyns.
• Market CryoCord’s products and services to potential customers, hospitals and ObGyns.
• Increase customer database and meet acquisition and sales targets as set by the Company.
• Execute activities/processes necessary in the facilitation of sales and after sales service.
• Produce structured and scheduled reports on activities and progress.
• Execute and participate in marketing and promotional activities, hospital and public events, exhibitions, etc.
• Maintain a strict code of ethics and professionalism in service delivery.
• Develop and sustain strong business relationship with Doctors, Physicians, Surgeons, Specialists, Nurses and other Healthcare Professionals through excellent customer service to ensure continuous support from them.
• Responsible for customer support and keep customers informed of new products, pricing and any relevant updates.
• Handle customer-related enquiries and complaints.
• Other job-related activities as and when deemed necessary.

DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Degree/Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Business Studies, Administration, Management, Life Science, Medical Science or its equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply .
• Strong interest in the cord blood banking and stem cell industry.
• Proven track records in sales.
• Responsible, committed, self-motivated and result oriented individual who takes pride in his/her work.
• Positive attitude, versatile and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Service oriented, flexible and proactive towards clients' needs.
• Strong determination to reach challenging goals and creating business opportunities.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Possess valid driving license with own transport.
• Must be able to converse well in English and Malay languages.
