Jawatan Kosong Logistics Assistant in Kuantan

Job Descriptions

• To assist the Assistant Manager in the day-to-day delivery operations of the warehouse.
• Responsible for planning and executing transportation operations.
• Ensure timely delivery of the right quality and quantity of items to support wide and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Maintain proper inventory records, ensure all deliveries to outlets have been captured in system.
• Examine and ensure accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments.
• To ensure the warehouse personnel receive, unload and place incoming /outgoing items appropriately.
• To provide guidance to subordinate for carrying out daily routine tasks correctly.
• To perform other duties as and when required for the department.
• To comply, conform and improve on Quality Management System requirements.
• Ensure compliance with regulations.
• To motivate & train subordinates.

Requirements

• Good communication skill and writing skill.
• Speak fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Working experience in Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Software application.
• Able to work under tight deadlines or pressure.
• Able to lead, manage & supervise a team of staff and a team player.
• Possess a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration/ Economics/ Logistics or any related field.
• Typically requires 5 years of experience in import/export processes.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

Location: Kawasan Perindustrian Gebeng, Kuantan

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
