Jawatan Kosong Executive, Branch Fleet Operation in Kota Bharu

About You

You’ll help manage and maintain the vehicle inventory at your assigned Experience Center, ensuring it meets high-quality standards. This helps improve customer satisfaction, boosts sales, maintains competitive pricing, and reduces complaints. You’ll work closely with other departments (Logistics, Supply/Inventory, Carsome Certified Lab, After-Sales, etc.) and collaborate with peers at other Experience Centers to maintain the company’s inventory.

Your Day-to-Day

• Handle vehicle and road tax ownership transfers for retail inventory.
• Work with the Logistics team to prepare vehicles for Puspakom inspections.
• Schedule and coordinate vehicles for inspections before sales or deliveries.
• Manage inventory movement, including receiving, transferring, repairs, and returns.
• Ensure all inventory transactions are recorded in the system (CMS/WMS).
• Inspect new inventory for issues like flood or accident damage.
• Prepare vehicles for transfers, test drives, customer deliveries, and other purposes.
• Perform regular maintenance checks on vehicles (engine, oil, battery, etc.).
• Work with the After-Sales team or workshops to handle repairs within the budget.
• Support monthly stock counts with relevant teams.
• Maintain records of work, defects, quality, and repair costs.
• Ensure tools and equipment are in good condition.
• Participate in other company activities as needed.

Your Know-How

• Qualifications: SPM/Diploma/Degree (any field).
• Preferred Background: Automotive education or at least 2 years in the automotive industry.
• Skills: Good communication, multitasking, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
• Other Requirements:
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel.
• Familiarity with JPJ/Puspakom procedures is a plus.
• A focus on maintaining high-quality standards for Carsome’s fleet.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
