Job Descriptions:

• As the Shopkeeper / Barista of our fresh strawberry and dessert outlet, you will play a pivotal role in setting up and overseeing all aspects of our business operations. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
• Operate day-to-day serving operation works. (Including inventory restocking work, cleaning trash, sanitizing equipment and utensils.
• Executing company marketing campaigns to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
• Ensuring compliance with food safety standards, health regulations, and company policies.
• Staff cooperation to deliver exceptional service and uphold brand and company standards.
• Monitoring business performance metrics and report data to help improve by optimizing business outcomes.

Requirements :

• No Health issue / critical illness.
• Experience in a shopkeeping / dessert barista role within the food service industry, preferably in a similar concept (fresh fruit or dessert outlet).
• A discipline person with the ability to welcome and greet every customer with a big smile and enthusiasm.
• Excellent in multi-language communication and interpersonal abilities. (able to explain all product clearly to customers).
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality assurance practices.
• Have Passion for creating unique culinary experiences to ensure every drink server to customers are in the highest quality standard. (following the right SOP)
• Able to commit in weekend / public holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
