Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree/LCCI/Diploma in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel).
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Job Descriptions

• Maintain all related AP and AR records.
• Organize and file all financial documents to ensure compliance and accessibility.
• Prepare banking documents for creditor payments, such as Banker's Acceptance or Letters of Credit.
• Able assisting sales teams with account statements and or other matters and to send statement of account within deadlines to all relevant customers.
• Able to perform bank reconciliations to ensure consistency between bank statements and company records.
• Prepare necessary documentation to support annual audits.
• Maintain proper filing of all accounting documents.
• To assist and prepare adhoc documentation as and when necessary

Working Conditions

• Full-time position
• Working Hours: Monday – Friday (8.00 AM – 5.30 PM).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
