Jawatan Kosong Account Executive in Ipoh

FM Tomyam House sedang berkembang pesat dan kami sedang mencari seorang Account Executive yang bertanggungjawab, teliti dan bersemangat untuk menyokong pengurusan kewangan syarikat.

Peranan Utama:
Menjadi backbone kewangan syarikat dengan memastikan operasi kewangan berjalan lancar dan laporan kewangan tepat untuk pengurusan.

Tanggungjawab Utama:

1. Urus Kewangan Harian

• Rekod semua transaksi harian (jualan, belian, bil, tuntutan, petty cash)
• Urus payment kepada vendor, supplier & staf mengikut SOP
• Susun dokumen kewangan secara sistematik

2. Bank & Tunai

• Buat bank reconciliation bulanan
• Pantau cash flow harian & aliran tunai keluar masuk
• Semak transaksi tunai dari cawangan dan kesesuaian dengan jualan POS

3. Laporan Bulanan

• Sediakan laporan P&L ringkas mengikut cawangan
• Pantau COGS, kos operasi, kos dapur, barang basah & wastage
• Kenal pasti trend & highlight isu

4. Sistem Kewangan & SOP

• Kemas kini SOP kewangan (pembelian, stok, invois, tuntutan)
• Standardize rekod cawangan
• Sediakan struktur laporan mudah difahami CEO

5. Pematuhan / Compliance

• Urus bayaran EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB
• Sediakan dokumen SST & untuk auditor

Kelayakan & Kemahiran:

• Diploma/Ijazah Perakaunan / Kewangan
• Min. 2 tahun pengalaman full set accounts (F&B/retail kelebihan)
• Mahir Xero / SQL / AutoCount & Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas)
• Kefahaman asas F&B: costing, stock rotation, COGS & labour cost
