Jawatan Kosong Quantity Surveyor in Kangar

Job Responsibilities:

• To involve in tendering until submission and interview including quotation enquiry
• Projecting cost estimates on various materials needed for the project
• To assist / prepare interim progress claim to the clients and payment certificate to sub-contractors for the project
• To perform site valuations, measurements and inspection
• To call and compile quotations from sub-contractors for the purpose of the contract documents
• To attend site progress meeting
• To liaise with client, consultant, supplier and sub-contractors in regards to the project
• To assist/prepare any required report/documents requested by management
• To deliver the instruction and assignment given by superior
• Any other work as instructed by superior
• To portray a good company reputation and profile
• To comply and adhere to Company Policy and take care of Company Interest and Property

Job Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Diploma in Quantity Survey or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): Tendering skills, Price negotiation skills, Communication skills, MS Project.
• At least 3-7 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Padang Besar, Perlis

Job Type: Contract

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
