• MAINTAIN CLIENT RECORDS BY MANAGING THEIR INQUIRIES BY SYSTEM, PHONE, EMAIL, ONLINE OR IN PERSON.
• DO A CLIENT OR BRAND PLAN TO HELP THEM CREATE PLAN, OBJECTIVE AND DEVELOP STRATEGY.
• PREPARE PRESENTATION AND COACHING MATERIALS FOR CLIENTS BY DEMONSTRATING EXCELLENT ACTIVE LISTENING AND COMMUNICATION SKILLS WITH GOOD PERSONAL PRESENTATION.
• ENSURE CLIENT AND STAFF CONFIDENTIALITY BY MANAGE INVOICING, BILLING AND MONITORING PERFORMANCE METRICS
• PROCESSING ORDERS AND TRANSACTIONS
• HANDLE COMPLAINTS ESCALATED AND MAINTAINING STRONG BUSINESS RELATIONSHIP WITH EXISTING CLIENTS AND BUSINESS PARTNERS.
• ONBOARD NEW CLIENTS BY CULTIVATING SOLID RELATIONSHIP WITH CLIENTS THROUGH THE PROVISION OF EXCEPTIONAL AFTER SALES SERVICE.
• MONITORING CLIENTS PROGRESS AND SATISFACTION.
• SCHEDULE MEETINGS WITH CLIENTS EITHER BY ONLINE OR OFFLINE PLATFORM.
• ABLE TO WORK IN TEAM AND UNDERPRESSURE.
• ABLE TO TRAVEL AND WORK ON-SITE

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
