Jawatan Kosong E-commerce & Live Operation Specialist in Johor Bahru

We’re Hiring: Ecommerce & Live Operation Specialist

Position: Full Time

Industry: Beauty & Wellness (E-commerce)

Location: Eco Palladium, Mount Austin JB

Your Responsibilities:

1️. E-Commerce & Platform Management

• Oversee daily operations on Shopify, Lazada, Shopee, TikTok, and other marketplaces.
• Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to boost sales and enhance brand visibility.
• Plan and optimize ad spent to maximize ROI and revenue growth.
• Track and analyze key performance metrics (sales, ROAS, CTR, conversion rates)

2️. Product Listings & Merchandising

• Upload, optimize, and manage product listings with SEO-friendly descriptions and accurate specifications.
• Plan promotional campaigns, product bundling, and category merchandising to drive conversions.
• Conduct A/B testing and use data-driven insights to enhance product performance.

3️. Live Stream Operation

• Set up and check equipment to ensure smooth live sessions.
• Manage and facilitate live-stream sessions to boost engagement and conversions.
• Run ads and promotions during live streams to attract more viewers.
• Troubleshoot technical issues quickly to keep the stream running smoothly.
• Engage with customers in real-time and work with the live host to answer questions in the comment section.

4️.Influencer Collaboration & Management

• Use affiliate tools to search for and engage with affiliate creators to promote our brands and products.
• Assist in setting performance goals and target plans for influencers conducting live sessions.
• Monitor and evaluate influencer campaigns, tracking key metrics such as engagement, conversions, and sales impact.

5️. Customer Service & Inventory Coordination

• Collaborate with customer service teams to handle inquiries, complaints, and returns.
• Pack and prepare orders for shipment accurately.
• Coordinate with logistics and inventory to manage stock and ensure orders are fulfilled on time.

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in e-commerce, preferably in retail or consumer goods.
• Proficiency in e-commerce tools, CRM systems, Google Analytics, and digital marketing platforms (SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
• Strong ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
• Result-driven, able to work in fast-paced environments and meet tight deadlines.
• Tech-savvy and multitasking skills to juggle multiple e-commerce operations seamlessly.
• Fluency in English and conversational Mandarin is required to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Experience managing regional or international e-commerce markets (Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia) is a plus.
