We’re Hiring: Graphic Designer

Your Responsibilities:

• Generate innovative and trend-forward design concepts for seasonal and festive collections.
• Ensure designs are aesthetically appealing and aligned with the brand’s identity and market trends.
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Content, Product Development team to develop creative assets (social posts, ads, packaging, logo, live props, website etc.) that align with business branding objectives.
• Execute all aspects of production, including scanning, digital retouching, image editing, applying special effects, file manipulation, and layout creation.
• Manage the entire design process, from initial conception and brainstorming to final printing production, by adhering to precise specifications and deadlines.
• Manage multiple projects while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
• Ensure all designs are delivered accurately and on schedule, meeting client and company expectations.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of projects and expertise.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of typography, branding, color theory, and visual composition.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities effectively.
• Knowledge of motion graphics, UI/UX design, or video editing is an added advantage.
• Deep knowledge in various content types, particularly those relevant to social media and e-commerce platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Xiaohongshu, TikTok, Douyin, Shopee, Lazada etc).
• Good command of English and Mandarin.
