Jawatan Kosong PROJECT COORDINATOR in Labuan

1. Developing Project Plans: The project coordinator works closely with Senior Project Engineers, OSS manager and General Manager to create detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables for onsite machining work.

2. Resource Allocation: Ensuring that required equipment, consumables, and manpower are available on-site when needed.

3. Onsite Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact between the client, machining team, and top management. This includes coordinating with General manager, OSS managers, Senior project engineers, specialist machining and Senior technicians.

4. Reporting: Regular updates to senior project engineer and OSS manager on project progress, forecast and any issues. This includes project status reports and updates on timelines, costing, and any changes to scope of project.

5. Ensuring Safety Compliance: The project coordinator needs to ensure that all machining activities comply with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations and to make sure all technicians follow the standard procedure of work for each activity.

6. Budget Monitoring: Responsible for keeping the project within budget, tracking costs related to machining services, tools, manpower, transportation, accommodation and any related project expenses.

7. Cost Reporting: Tracking actual spending against projected costs and providing report to Senior project engineer, OSS manager and General Manager.

8. Equipment Mobilization: Ensuring that the required machinery and tools are transported and mobilized to the site as per planned by client, particularly for specialized equipment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
