NAGA CONSTRUCTION SDN BHD Jobs April 2026

• Implement and monitor the company’s QA/QC procedures at project sites.
• Conduct inspections of materials, workmanship, and site activities to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and standards.
• Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation, reports, and records.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, and subcontractors on quality matters.
• Identify non-conformances, issue NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports), and follow up on corrective actions.
• Support project teams in quality planning, testing, and audits.
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian construction regulations and ISO standards (if applicable).
• Other duties will be assigned by management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month

Education:

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Required)

Experience:

• QA/QC: 3 years (Required)
