Job Scopes:

Job Purpose:

• Join our team to provide crucial implementation, operational, and maintenance support for ICT, ELV, and IoT equipment, ensuring optimal performance and availability of services.
• Roles & Responsibilities:
• Support project implementation, including site survey, delivery, installation, configuration, testing, and commissioning of hardware and software components.
• Guide users on the operation of newly set up systems.
• Provide technical support services, including problem analysis, troubleshooting, and repair or replacement of damaged hardware.
• Conduct proactive, preventive, and corrective maintenance for on-site equipment.
• Travel to client sites, including remote areas.
• Operate and maintain networks to optimize performance.
• Provide technical support for network connectivity and service monitoring.
• Maintain records/logs of job activities and provide incident reports when required.
• Perform BOS process to ensure operational efficiency.
• Stay updated with the latest technology trends.
• Coordinate with internal/external service providers to address support requirements or issues and ensure quality service delivery.
