Jawatan Kosong Account Management Executive Sports in Kuala Lumpur

We are looking for an Account Management Executive based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia to develop the ZALORA’s Sports category. The primary focus in this role is to drive the growth of the assigned brands by being the spokesperson for Zalora. This is a unique, exciting opportunity to influence minds and make an impact at ZALORA.

Responsibilities:

• Managing key sellers to drive long-term and short-term business goals while aligning with branding image. To establish strong relationships by being the go-to person to support their business needs.
• Liaise with sellers on campaign objectives and work closely with internal teams to incorporate sellers promotions into ZALORA’s marketing calendar and ensure smooth execution
• Create and execute on initiatives that deliver on business opportunities both for ZALORA and the seller online and offline
• Handle various sets of daily, weekly and monthly business reports to improve visibility of brands performance to senior management
• Work with the sellers / internal teams to continuously improve operational aspects of their business which directly impact customer experience
• Constantly review seller’s catalog to ensure the content meets ZALORA guidelines and coordinate with internal teams to fix the issues for an improved customer experience

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
• Excellent English skills required. Mandarin speaking skill is a plus.
• Bachelor in Business, Marketing, Finance or related field
• Exposure in the e-commerce industry is preferred
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• Exceptional time management skills
• Willingness to work in a multicultural environment
• Advance working knowledge of Excel
