Jobscope

• Organize, lead, and train the outlet service crew with high responsibilities and discipline in accordance with the company policies and procedures.
• Achieve company monthly sales target by leading the outlets service crews in introducing, promoting and upselling the company's products/services.
• Ensure that the outlet service standards are met and guests expectations are exceeded, striving towards exceptional customer experience.
• Monitor stock inventory to ensure that all food and ingredient supplies, and other essentials are adequately stocked, planned and forecast based on order demand.
• Check in on dining customers to enquire about food quality and service and resolve any customer complaints in a professional manner.
• Regular reporting to Senior Management on outlet performances.

Responsibilities:

• Able to manage a duty shift with minimal supervision.
• Manage assigned side duties and responsibility well.
• Able to train and motivate new servers or subordinates.
• Always initiate new ideas and determination to improve.
• Able to make necessary decisions for solutions.
• Conduct useful briefing and training to improve the staff’s abilities & skills.
• Have good understanding in Legal Matters, Rules and Regulations, and Basic Labor Law.
• Fully committed and responsible in the Restaurant and the Company.
• Understand all aspects of the restaurant operations in term of products, services, human resource, costings, budgeting, customers service, and marketing and strategy.
• Understand the Company Goals & Directions, and align with the team to achieve the company's targeted goals.

Candidate Requirements:

• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably Manager specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
• Always driven with clear mindset, strong & motivating spirit.
• Self Motivated & always driven with positive mindset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
