Jawatan Kosong Assistant, Sales & Marketing Administration Support in Sandakan

Location: Sandakan, MY, MY Global Business Unit: CG Job Function: Sales Requisition Number: 161564 Description: Job Responsibilities :

• Execute and support daily sales operations of key account profile
• Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders on daily operations task
• Prepare report on a weekly & monthly basis to the sales, management & warehouse team
• Support Sales Representative in submitting monthly claim
• Responsible in preparing CN & DN
• Handle order processing
• Able to handle ad-hoc tasks from time to time
• Daily reports preparation
• Raise SIRA Form - WM PO, Staff Shop, Sample and Write-Off
• Prepare SIRA for EM indent and issue STO (Sea Freight) - including permit applications
• Arranging for EM airfreight - both selling stock and premium - including permit applications

Job Requirements :

• Min 1 year working experience in FMCG or related field is preferred
• Fresh graduate that has interest in sales operation admin is welcome to apply
• Good written & verbal communication skill in English & Bahasa Malaysia
• Computer literate in Microsoft applications - Excel (Pivot Table, Vlookup), Word, PPT
• Must be a meticulous and detail oriented person
• Able to work independently as well as in a team
• Contract role for 3 to 6 months
