Day-to-Day Responsibilities​

• Assist in the processing of card applications, including data entry and verification.
• Support card activation, maintenance, and closure processes.
• Help resolve customer inquiries and issues related to card transactions in a timely and professional manner.
• Participate in the monitoring and reconciliation of card-related transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve card product features and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations related to card operations and performance metrics.
• Gain hands-on experience with industry-standard card processing software and tools.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Card Center Manager or other senior staff.

• Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a bachelor's program in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Preferably final year & final semester student.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
