Jawatan Kosong Logistic Assistant Cum Base Support in Labuan

JOB FUNCTIONS

• Manage all Logistic matters specially on reports & documentation
• Responsible to monitor all logistic movement Export, Import & offshore activities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• To ensure accuracy, proper documentation while dealing regarding import / export with oversea supplier / agent & local customers.
• Dealing with all parties’ concerns including purchasing, finance, banker, agent, etc. for all relevant documentation required while import matter. Handling of export matter including loading of container, export documentation.
• To ensure that suppliers and products data is accurate.
• Receive shipment and ensure quantity & quality
• Interact with Client, freight forwarders and project management for logistic activities.
• Ensure base has sufficient space for incoming deliveries

Whenever require to support Base activities Role as following but not limited to;

• Assist or involve on base activities
• To maintain housekeeping and cleanliness of the Base / yard
• Assist on asset inventory activities
• Perform other duties as and when assigned from time to time

QHSE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Awareness to QHSE management system requirement
• Support & execute the processes to achieve QHSE objectives
• Comply and work in accordance to HSE Procedure and safe work practice
• To take reasonable care for the health and safety of him/herself and others who may be affected by his/her acts or omission at work
• Not to intentionally or recklessly interfere with or misuse anything provided in the interests of health, safety, environment and welfare

REQUIREMENTS

• SPM / Diploma with at least 2 years of experience in Logistic and Oil & Gas will be added advantage.
• Computer literate
• Willing to travel and relocate if needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
