Jawatan Kosong Account Executive in Setia Alam

Key Responsibilities:-

• Report to Finance Accounting Manager.
• Check and process expense claims.
• Verify and perform vendor payments by issuing of cheques/ cash/ over the bank counter.
• Perform data entry in accounting systems & recording transactions.
• Perform filing and documentation work.
• Perform any ad hoc assignments and basic office management duties as requested by superior.
• Ensure operational compliance with policies, procedures and regulations for any necessary entities.
• Reconcile bank accounts and general ledger accounts as assigned.
• Assist in reconciling all balance sheet and income statement accounts on a monthly/quarterly basis as indicated by the monthly closing schedule.
• Process payroll and report payroll taxes for the organization.

Qualifications:-

• At least 4 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Related experience in Contract Logistics, Warehousing, and Sea & Land Transportation would be preferred.
• Well organized with good verbal, written, and interpersonal skills (English & Chinese).
• Skills - Microsoft Excel / Accounting software preferably SQL Payroll and Autocount.
