Jawatan Kosong Purchasing Assistant in Kota Kinabalu

We are looking for a Purchasing Assistant to join out team:

Job descriptions:

• Follow up purchasing daily work-on time.
• Creation of Purchase Order for local’s purchase.
• Track purchase order.
• Checking of Quotation and item purchased from Local's supplier.
• To liaise with all the related department personnel to ensure stock is sufficient to support site's orders

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday 9.00 am - 6.00 pm

Job Requirements

• Bachelor in any field.
• Min 1-3 years experience in related is added advantages
• Ability to handle pressure, with analytical skill and possess responsibility
• Willing to learn and with good attitude
• Capable to communicate in mandarin will be added advantages

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
