We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Personal Assistant who will also manage the personal branding of the Director of AITO Mr. Aswan Khamis. The ideal candidate will have an excellent personality, a strong work ethic, and a proactive approach. In addition to handling day-to-day administrative tasks and driving responsibilities, this role will also focus on enhancing the Director's personal brand through social media and public engagements.

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong understanding of personal branding, digital marketing, and social media management.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
• Flexibility with working hours, including occasional evenings and weekends.
• Familiarity with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) is a plus.
• Previous experience in personal branding or digital marketing is preferred.
• Must be willing to travel in Malaysia and Overseas
