Jawatan Kosong Quantity Surveyor in Kuching

Requirements:

• Professional Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
• Minimum 3 years working experience in construction or development field
• Understanding construction operations and processes
• Good communication and relationship with clients, consultants, sub-contractor and other construction professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Handle all pre and post contract quantity surveying duties for the projects
• Calculating material quantities and costs, labour costs and an achievable project time frame.
• Prepare contract documentation and bill of quantities and proper filing system
• Claims submission, interim payments application, certifying payment
• Cost estimation and analyzing
• Perform any ad-hock tasks when necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,564.30 per month
