Jawatan Kosong Safety & Health Officer / Coordinator in Kuantan

About Us

We are seeking a dedicated Safety & Health Officer / Coordinator to uphold workplace safety standards and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements across our operational sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits across work sites
• Prepare detailed reports with findings, corrective actions, and follow-up measures
• Lead and collaborate with line management to implement safety policies and programs
• Coordinate and deliver safety training sessions, including emergency response protocols
• Identify and mitigate workplace hazards, unsafe practices, and equipment risks
• Ensure first aid resources and safety supplies are available and compliant with regulations
• Promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement throughout the organization

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental, Health, Safety Engineering or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a safety-related role
• Familiarity with Occupational Safety and Health (Safety and Health Officer) Regulations
• Experience in mining or heavy industrial environments is an added advantage
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Willingness to travel frequently to operational sites
