Jawatan Kosong Operation Manager Precast in Senai

1. Production Management

a. Oversee daily operations of the precast production facility.

b. Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands.

c. Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.

2. Team Leadership:

a. Supervise and lead production teams, fostering a positive work environment.

b. Conduct training and development programs for staff to enhance skills and safety awareness.

c. Evaluate team performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

3. Quality Control:

a. Ensure adherence to quality control procedures and safety standards.

b. Implement corrective actions for quality issues and non-conformance.

4. Process Improvement:

a. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.

b. Analyze production data to inform decision-making and strategy.

5. Budget and Resource Management:

a. Assist in managing operational costs.

b. Ensure effective resource allocation, including materials, equipment, and labor.

6. Collaboration:

a. Work closely with engineering, sales, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

b. Participate in strategic planning and project management initiatives.

Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Engineering (Civil).
• At least 5-7 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Experience in Precast or PPVC Production Structural
• Experience in managing precast or prefabrication manufacturing company is a must.
• Passionate about keeping to project schedules and budgets.
• Possesses positive attitude, Safety consciousness, energy and highly driven.
• High proficiency in Project and Resource Planning tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
