We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Finance Clerk to support our daily finance and accounting operations. The successful candidate will assist in maintaining accurate financial records and support data-related financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and record invoices, bills, receipts, and payment vouchers
• Maintain daily accounting records (Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable)
• Perform accurate data entry of financial information
• Use basic SQL queries to extract and key in financial data
• Support month-end closing activities
• Organize and maintain proper financial documentation
• Perform other finance-related administrative duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM / Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Prior experience as a Finance Clerk / Accounts Clerk is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Basic knowledge of SQL for data extraction and data entry
• Detail-oriented, honest, and well-organized
