Job Description

• Plan and schedule container pick-ups and deliveries based on customer requirements and operational capacity.
• Assign tasks to drivers ensuring efficient utilization of fleet resources.
• Monitor routes and schedules to ensure on-time delivery and pickup.
• Oversee the daily dispatch and movement of haulage vehicles.
• Assist to track vehicle maintenance and repairs to minimize downtime.
• Liaise with internal teams, e.g. customer service (forwarding) dept. to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain clear communications with drivers regarding job assignments and operational updates.
• Address operational issues, such as delays, vehicle breakdowns or scheduling conflicts.
• Ensure all haulage activities comply with relevant transportation regulations and company policies.

Requirements

• Minimum diploma holder or equivalent in logistics, supply chain management or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in haulage, transportation or logistics operations.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Good communication skill.
• Familiarity with haulage operations, container management and port procedures will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend jobs
