We are seeking a professional and proactive Special Assistant to the Executive Chairman. The ideal candidate is confident, well-presented, and experienced in handling executive-level support, communication, and coordination tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide full administrative and operational support to the Executive Chairman
• Manage scheduling, meetings, and travel arrangements
• Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external partners in a professional manner
• Assist in event coordination, public relations activities, and hospitality arrangements
• Handle confidential information with a high degree of discretion

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any related field
• Background or experience in Public Relations, HR Administration, Travel, or Hotel Management preferred
• Excellent personality, communication, and PR skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Willing to travel domestic and international
• Golf skills will be considered an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
