Jawatan Kosong Customer Service Associate in Penang

• Diploma or certificate / degree
• Able to speak, read & write in Chinese, as support China /Taiwan
• Good working attitude
• Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
• Good verbal and written communications skills
• Strong listening and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
• Preferable with inside sales experience
• Added advantages with additional language capability: Korean, Japanese etc.

Responsibilities:

• Contact customer according to the prospect list
• Maintain and expand the database of prospects contact through web search
• Follow through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
• Close loop with customers on renewal agreement
• Understand customer needs and requirements
• Communicate any problems, concerns or questions to supervisory staff
• Refer customer complaints to supervisor for quality control
• Provide quotation to customer upon customer request
• Obtain customer information
• Record customer feedback including reaction to the service offered

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
