Duties and Responsibilities:
-Provide administrative support to the project site team, including documentation, record keeping, project scheduling, tracking and communication.
-Assist in report preparation, including writing.
-Handle general site correspondence (emails, memos, letters, etc.).
-Ensure proper filing and documentation of project-related records at site.
-Support in daily site administrative tasks and assist in coordinating with office and other departments.
-Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.
