JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines and budgets
2. Coordinate cross-functional teams to complete project deliverables
3. Monitor project progress and identify/mitigate risks and issues
4. Communicate regularly with key stakeholders to provide updates and manage expectations
5. Ensuring project complies with best practices and SOPs.
6. Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation
7. Mentor and support more junior members of the project team
What we're looking for
1. 8+ years' experience as a Project Manager in the management and change consulting industry
2. Proven track record of successfully delivering complex, multi-stakeholder projects
3. Excellent communication, stakeholder management and leadership skills
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
6. Relevant tertiary qualification in a related field
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM8,500.00 per month
