Jawatan Kosong Customer Service/Call Agent @ Gelang Patah in Gelang Patah

Job responsibilities:

• Responsible for providing assistance, information and support to customer.
• Answering customer inquiries, address customer complaints, resolving issues and provide effective communication with customers through phone calls and replying to emails.

Shift:

• Rotational shift (day and night)

Qualifications or experiences:

• SPM
• Proficient in English
• At least 18 years old

Basic salary:

• RM 1900

Benefits:

• Shift allowance
• KPI allowance
• Transportation allowance
• Will provide training
• Temporary accommodation for 2 week to 1 month (free)
