Jawatan Kosong CLINICAL ASSISTANT in Kuantan

Full job description

• Responsible for registration and admission processes for patient.
• Assist doctor on daily operation procedure.
• Responsible for collection of payment for service provided..
• To assist in answering in incoming calls, handle call log and email for appointment and enquiries.
• Manage and resolve patient or client concern by providing correct information.
• Other ad-hoc duties as instructed by superior.
• To prepare and submit panel claim
• Will be working at Mya Clinic Air Putih & Mya Clinic Pandan

Requirements : -Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia ( SPM ) or Diploma in any related field.

• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia. ( Other languages in an advantage )
• Experienced in related field.
• Computer literate
• Independent and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Able to work in shift (2 shifts) at 7.30am (morning shift) , 2.30pm (evening shift)

Benefits : -

• EPF, Socso and SIP - Overtime ( If any )
• Training is provided

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month

Expected hours: No more than 45 per week
