Project Sales Manager

Location: Bangi and Working Remotely

Key Responsibility:

Responsible for the successful management, overseeing sales for all DX systems range of products (Hitachi/York) and is directly responsible for the specific revenue targets.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIES:

• Achieve company strategic goals.
• Generate budgeted sales, manage mix, and pricing to achieve margin goals in assigned sales revenue targets
• Develop and build good working relationships within all levels of existing customers
• Expand new customer base if necessary
• Know the competition, market and network per project basis
• Ability to perform B2C sales is an advantage
• Develop contingency plans required for changing market conditions.
• Ensure safety performance and compliance at all levels.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or above (Mechanical Engineering) or equivalent
• 10+ years of sales experience in HVAC products or related industry with the same background
• Knowledge of HVAC products and competitor products
• Product management skills: Ability to lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of projects according to established processes; serve as a consultant for internal and external customers.
• Proactive not Reactive; Builder and Architect; Leader and Contributor
• Capable of working as a team player or independently
• Strong communication and Fluent English, Bahasa Malaysia in Speaking and Writing
