Key Responsibilities:

● Assist with Baking: Help with the preparation and baking of bread, pastries, and other baked goods under the guidance of our experienced bakers.

● Ingredient Preparation: Assist in measuring, mixing, and preparing ingredients for various recipes, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

● Learning & Development: Participate in hands-on training sessions to learn different baking techniques, including mixing, shaping, proofing, and decorating.

● Quality Control: Maintain high standards of quality in all baked goods, ensuring consistency in taste, texture, and appearance.

● Cleaning & Maintenance: Assist with the cleaning and maintenance of baking equipment, tools, and the overall kitchen area, ensuring a clean and organized workspace.

● Inventory Management: Help with the inventory and storage of baking supplies, ingredients, and finished products.

● Customer Service: Occasionally assist with customer interactions, including taking orders, answering questions, and providing product information.

●Creative Input: Participate in brainstorming sessions for new recipes and product ideas, contributing your creativity to our menu offerings.

Qualifications:

● Passion for baking and a strong desire to learn and develop skills in a professional bakery environment.
