Jawatan Kosong I2C Analyst in Kuala Lumpur About the job

An I2C Analyst managing Japanese portfolio is responsible for conveying efficient, compliant and timely posting AR/IR documents. The role requires proficiency in both Japanese and English, strong analytical and familiarity with accounting software. You will ensure the compliance with company policies and collaborate with other departments to maintain smooth financial operations.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure timely processing of customer payments by reconciling invoices and accurately identifying root causes.
• Conduct regular and proactive follow-ups on unpaid invoices through the guidelines provided.
• Manage customer credit limits and process manual releases in accordance with CBS policy guidelines.
• Manage TTM processes including customer invoice processing, customer payments, and handle AP/AR reclassification for TS settlement when required.
• Reclassify month-end AR credit balances to AR and provide assistance in preparing AR aging reports when needed.
• AR document filing.

About you

• Education: Bachelor Degree, majoring in Accounting, Finance or Business Experience
• At least 1 years in accounting or reporting related function for multi-national companies
• SAP experience is preferred
• Good command of the Japanese language. At least JLPT N2 is required.
