Jawatan Kosong Warehouse Supervisor in Kota Kinabalu

• Plays a key-role in proper care and management of stock, including receiving, distribution and managing inventory.
• Perform shipping, receiving activities, distribution of supplies, maintains inventory and stock records following YUM! standard.
• Administrative duties - provide daily checklist report, maintain receipts records, ensure adequate record keeping, manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control.
• Inventory Management - maintain warehouse cleanliness, stock arrangement and equipment, update stock received with tag or label as per guide, perform physical inventory of warehouse, determine proper floor and shelf location for stock.
• Inbound & Outbound Management - Monitor receiving and inspects all incoming materials and reconciles with PO, processes, and distributes documentation with PO, reports and keep track of damages and/or discrepancies on orders received, monitor unloading and loading activities as per invoice, monitor and verify picking stock according to order summary.
• People Management - oversee the productivity of the employees under supervision, organize workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks, train and coach new employees.
• Compliance of Local Regulatory, Food Safety and Quality Requirement - to follow and practice requirements and local regulatory requirements (e.g. Halal, DOSH, DOE, Local Council etc.)

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM/STPM
• At least 1 year of experience in warehousing, logistics and transportation.
• A competent forklift operator
• Meticulous to ensure accuracy of inventory management and documentation.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
• Independent with good leadership skills to effectively coordinate and motivate a team.
• Able to read and write in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and irregular hours (as and when needed), to accommodate operational needs.
• Successful candidate will be based in KKIP Warehouse.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
