DJ ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. Jobs April 2026

• Develop accurate 3D models of buildings or infrastructure projects using BIM software. This includes architectural, structural, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) components.
• Work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that the model reflects the intended design and complies with all relevant standards and regulations.
• Utilize the BIM model to analyze the design and identify potential issues before construction begins, saving time and money.
• Generate and manage documentation derived from BIM models, such as drawings and specifications, to be used by the construction team.
• Participate in coordination meetings to discuss model progress, make revisions, and update models based on feedback from team members.
• Integrate various discipline models into a comprehensive project model, ensuring compatibility and interoperability between different software used by team members.
• Ensure all models are compliant with industry standards, such as ISO 19650, and project-specific BIM requirements.
• Provide BIM software training and technical support to team members as needed.
• Stay updated on the latest BIM technologies and practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness of modeling and data analysis.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
