Student Engagement & Brand Promotion:

• Develop and implement activities and engagement programs for China students to foster a positive university experience.
• Create student ambassador programs to enhance UCSI’s branding among prospective students, agents, and partner institutions.
• Organize networking events, social activities, and career development initiatives to improve student retention and satisfaction.
• Gather student testimonials and success stories for marketing and promotional purposes.

Agent & Institutional Engagement:

• Actively engage with education agents to promote UCSI’s programs and ensure continuous support for student recruitment.
• Develop marketing materials, presentations, and engagement strategies to enhance partnerships with agents and high schools/universities.
• Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract Chinese students to our educational programs and services.
• Identify and establish partnerships with reputable student recruitment agents, agencies, and educational consultants across China to expand our network and reach.
• Conduct market research to understand trends, preferences, and competition in the Chinese education market, and adapt recruitment strategies accordingly.
• Plan and coordinate recruitment events, including seminars, webinars, fairs, and school visits, to engage with prospective students and recruitment agents.
• Collaborate with marketing and admissions teams to develop compelling promotional materials and campaigns targeted at the Chinese audience.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including schools, universities, educational associations, and government agencies in China.
• Provide guidance and support to prospective students and recruitment agents throughout the enrollment process, addressing inquiries, providing information, and facilitating applications.
• Monitor and analyze recruitment performance metrics, including leads generated, conversions, and ROI, and adjust strategies as needed to achieve recruitment goals.
• Stay informed about changes in Chinese regulations, visa policies, and education market dynamics that may impact recruitment activities.
• Represent the UCSI at relevant industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and expand recruitment channels.
• Regularly update agents on program offerings, student support services, and promotional campaigns.

Recruitment & Partnership Expansion:

• Identify and source new education agents and university partners to expand UCSI’s recruitment network.
• Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with high schools and universities to create student pipelines.
• Actively explore and implement direct recruitment strategies, including online campaigns, referral programs, and targeted outreach.
• Monitor recruitment performance and provide insights on market trends and opportunities for growth.
• Increase in direct student applications and enrolments.

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a degree.
• Fluent in English and Chinese, both spoken and written.
• Interpersonal skills: Team player, outspoken, reliable, and dependable.
• Able to work independently and great communication skills.
• Preferably 2-3 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply too.
