Jawatan Kosong Customer Service Cum Sales Admin in Alor Setar

LOKASI PEJABAT:

Tandop, 56, Jalan Lencong Barat, Jalan Seri Tandop, Kawasan Perindustrian, 05400 Alor Setar, Kedah

Tugas:

1. Mengunapakai sistem inventory yang disediakan

2. Mengawalselia dan mengemaskini stok masuk dan keluar barang (First In First Out (FIFO)

3. Merancang inventory stok supaya sentiasa mencukupi

4. Membantu memastikan kutipan jualan sentiasa di ‘follow up’dan dikemaskini

5. Sentiasa menyemak dan mengemaskini P.O (Purchase Order) diterima

6. Memastikan setiap D.O (Delivery Order) mempunyai Invois.

7. Memastikan sistem fail (filing system) teratur dan dikemaskini termasuk rekod pelanggan

8. Memastikan kawasan penyimpanan stok sentiasa bersih dan teratur

9. Menjawab panggilan telefon dan berurusan dengan pelanggan yang datang membeli barang dengan sopan dan berhemah

Waktu Bekerja:

8.30 pagi - 5 petang

1.00 Petang sehingga 2.00 Petang (Rehat)

Hari Bekerja:

Sabtu-Khamis

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,700.00 per month
