Pioneer Premier Sdn Bhd (ByReefa) Jobs April 2026

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company’s e-commerce platforms (Tiktok, Shopee, Lazada, Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.).
• Upload and update product information, pricing, promotions, and stock availability.
• Handle order processing, online payments, and customer-related technical issues.
• Prepare sales reports, inventory updates, and performance analysis.
• Support digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media ads, online promotions).
• Coordinate with warehouse, sales, and customer service teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Manage return parcel and customer service.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in IT, E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, or related fields.
• Experience in e-commerce management or IT administration is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS, ERP systems, or e-commerce integrations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Personal Attributes

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Able to meet deadlines and willing to work extra hours during major campaigns (e.g., 11.11, 12.12).
